Je suis Ronnel FALANA et je suis économiste d’entreprise. Après une double licence en économie appliquée et en économie sociale et solidaire, j’ai fait une spécialisation de maitrise en Economie d’entreprise à la faculté de Grenoble. Un parcours qui m’a spécialisé en techniques de diagnostic des entreprise et en pilotage de la performance au travers du contrôle de gestion.
Ma recherche de perfectionnement m’a conduit, à l’issu d’un double master en économie des organisations, à un exécutif master en gestion des entreprise (à l’Université Catholique de Lyon – UCLy).
Aujourd’hui, en tant que consultant en stratégie d’entreprise et contrôle de gestion, j’interviens en tant qu’expert dans la transformation et la croissance des entreprises. Je suis également enseignant à l’Université de Lyon et en école de commerce en stratégie d’entreprise et en finances d’entreprise (contrôle de gestion, analyse financière et gestion financière).
Pour moi, l’essentiel est d’aider les entreprises à atteindre un nouveau palier de croissance. Je souhaite apporter aux chefs d’entreprises des solutions sur les questions liées à la stratégie de développement (ou stratégie de croissance) et à la stratégie financière de leur entreprise.
J’accompagne des dirigeants consciencieux, confiants et qui se questionnent sur la structuration et le développement de leur activité. Pour cela, j’effectue ma mission suivant 3 modalités, à savoir :
- Soit via des missions de consultations ponctuelles à 120€ de l’heure pour répondre à des questions bien spécifiques liées à la stratégie (économique et juridique) et à la finance d’entreprise. Prendre RDV avec moi en cliquant ici
- Soit via la mise en place et le pilotage de comités de pilotage stratégique. Il s’agit de comité interne dédié à travailler sur la mise en place et au pilotage du projet stratégique d’entreprise (PSE), décliné habituellement sur 2 – 3 ou 5 ans. Nous tenons nos réunions de suivi d’une demie journée suivant une fréquence mensuelle, bimestrielle ou trimestrielle
- Enfin, je propose des missions de management de transition (MdT) en occupant le poste interne à l’entreprise de Responsable stratégie et développement – responsable des opérations ou responsable du contrôle de gestion.
Je mets mes 10 années d’expériences dans l’accompagnement pour vous aider à la prise de décision et conduire des transformations complexes.

My name is Ronnel FALANA and i’m Business Economist. After a double bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Social Economics, I specialized in Business Economics at the University of Grenoble. This path allowed me to develop strong skills in business diagnosis and performance management through management accounting.
My desire to keep improving push me to complete a double Master’s degree in the organization Economics (Grenoble) and an Executive Master’s in Business Management at Catholique University of Lyon (UCLy).
Today, I work as a business strategy and management control consultant, supporting companies as an expert in business transformation and growth. I also teach at the University of Lyon and in business schools, and other business strategy and corporate finance (management control, financial analysis, and financial management).
For me, the key objective is to help companies reach a new level of growth. I enjoy working in challenging environments and contributing to ambitious development goals. I support organizations in identifying their key challenges and success factors, unlocking opportunities, and delivering measurable results. To achieve this, I rely on over 10 years of experience helping organizations improve decision-making and manage complex transformations.
I support thoughtful, confident leaders who are questioning how to structure and grow their business. To do so, I work through three main types of engagements:

Ad-hoc consulting at €120 per hour, focused on answering very specific questions related to strategy (both economic and legal) and corporate finance.

Designing and leading strategic steering committees. These are internal committees dedicated to working on the organisation’s overall strategy. This includes the definition and deployment of the company’s strategic plan, most often over a 2-, 3- or 5-year horizon, and its ongoing steering. Follow-up meetings last half a day and are held on a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis.

Interim management assignments, acting internally as Head of Strategy and Development, Head of Operations, or Head of Management Control.
